sky q wont connect to hub I have pressed hub button for 5 seconds then pressed button on sky q

My sky q wont connect to my wireless hub . I have pressed wps buttin on hub then pressed wps on front of sky q box

Is it possible to move the router or Sky box closer to each other to see if they will connect then move them back to where you currently have them ? Worth a try if its possible to do this.

@jackiep71 i am guessing that if you are trying to connect by WPS then your broadband provider is Sky ?

Thank you ive tried lits since Sat. my hub is connected away up stairs so no chance of closer
