I was at work when my sky was installed and it's in an ackward area. It actually goes through my downstairs toilet, then through a cupboard in living room. I would like this moved to come in through garage and then directly into living room.
How do I get an appointment for this to happen?
Thanks.

Having said that perhaps you should have left instructions as to your wishes for cable location etc. Did the engineer not explain why it was placed as it has been? Perhaps it was impractical to install it in the way you wanted.

I tried that first and the automated system directed me to this.

Just to check, are you referring to the satellite dish cable or a broadband connection?
For satellite cabling an independent installer will be able to take more time and care to get the route to your satisfaction than Sky personnel will be allocated.
