Requests to return mini q box after renewing contract

I recently renewed my Sky Q contract, essentially keeping everything I had before. I have since received e-mails and packaging asking for return of the Sky Q mini box even though I'm still paying for multiscreen.  Should I just ignore these requests as obviously I need the sky box to view.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
