Request for new remote control

Yesterday I rang Sky to inform them that I needed a new remote control and have told to use this method to get one

Hi @Santopietro   Unfortunately the advisor fobbed you off. This is a public community forum that has no idea who you are. However follow the link below and it should lead you to a Form to request a new remote.

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.
