Replacement viewing card .

I've had a new sky Q box delivered today and I left my viewing card in the old Q box that went back with the courier. How do I request a new one without waiting for 3 days on the phone line ? Regards

You will have to persevere on the phone. You're not the first customer to do that and won't be the last.
