I have an intermittent fault with my viewing card and if I order a new one they cancel the existing card whilst I wait for it to arrive in the post. Obviously I don't want to be sky tv free during this period.
Why can't Sky do the same as banks with new debit cards, ie. keep your old one active till the new one arrives? And only deactivate the old one once the new one has been activated.
i get that they are trying to minimise fraud but it's unnecessarily inconvenient and punitive on loyal customers as myself.
