Replacement sky q box has same hard disk error message

Old sky q box stopped working and got a hard disk error message, tried restarting didnt work so had a replacment box delivered, plugged in synced it to the card, once syncing completed had the smae hard **bleep** error message pop up, have tried reseting the hard disc have also factory restet the box still getting error on the new box

Looks like you'll have to call Sky for another box...
