Replacement sky. Q box

I've been waiting for a new sky Q box for nearly 3 weeks. Does anyone have any advice on how to speed things up. I've spoken to at least 6 different sky employees and despite lodging 2 complaints and a referral to a manager nothing has happened. Help!

What have the agents said when you've asked why there is such a delay in sending out a replacement Sky Q box (which presumably will be via a doorstep box swap and delivered by DPD)?
