Replacement box

Hi my box has been attempted to be delivered but we weren't home, I can't see how to get box re sent out

Unless there was info left by DPD you'll need to call Sky to rearrange. Did you not receive a delivery time slot ? 

If it's a main Sky Q box don't forget to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the van.
