Replacement Sky Q box

Hi all

 

Just a quick one. My Dky Q main box has had many issues with hard drive errors, excessive noise and network connection daily disconnections. As a result I've initiated a replacement box. Today I had the email from DPD saying they're delivering it soon and to make sure I have something to give them. I assume this is the broken Q Box but have heard nothing from Sky themselves.

 

I understand from reading some posts here that this us the correct process but I'm not exactly sure what to give back? Just the box? Remote? Cables? Plug? Do I need a cardboard box?

 

If anyone knows what I should expect could you share your experience please?

Box, and probably cables in case the replacement has a separate power box. Remove your viewing card from the faulty box. The DPD driver will swap them on your doorstep and put the faulty box in the packaging the new one arrived in so it might be worth making a note of where everything goes to reconnect.
