Replacement Sky Q box received today but we cannot get it to work.

We have received a replacement Sky Q box this afternoon but it will not turn on. The power button remains red and will not turn to green. The screen goes black. The Sky logo comes on the screen and it says you will be ready to go in a couple of minutes. The screen goes black and then the "no signal" appears. I have followed the instructions on the website and have attempted to connect the Sky box on numerous occasions this afternoon but have had no luck. My Sky will not come on at all? Please would you help me?

@Trev661 when the screen goes blank the second time and you get no signal appearing have you pressed the home button on the remote control if not try pressing the home button on the remote at that point

Hi @Trev661   Have you reset your remote to the new box? Try holding down 7 & 9 buttons, until the led flashes four times. The remote will then be in IR mode, so make sure the remote can see the box.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately nothing worked so now waiting for an engineer visit!
