Replacement Sky Q Mini box

Hi I need a replacement Sky Q mini box. I can only see sky Q box replacement any advice.

What's the issue with the mini box that makes you believe it needs replacing?

Hi it just keeps turning off by itself very intermittent

If you haven't tried it already reboot your router by switching it off for a minute. Once that's up and running again reboot the main Sky Q box, then the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

If the above does not work and you still getting problems, you can replace a faulty mini box online via the  link on section 2;

There isn't a charge for swapping a faulty box.
