Replacement Q box: No Apps?

Hi All

 

Got a replacement Sky Q box and the usual Apps of Netflix/iPlayer, etc are not showing. Do I need to wait a bit (intalled 20 minutes ago?)

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date :

To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks

Please note that the step to refresh apps often does not action immediately and may take several hours before it does
