Repeated HD error on sky q 2tb

Hi there.

 

About 6 months ago my mini boxes stopped working, and it was traced to a HD error on the main Q box. It was fixed my resetting the HD on the box (at the cost of all recordings).

 

Same thing happened last week, same fix.

 

Today it's happened again. 

 

Do I get the sense that the HD in my box is failing/needs replacement?

Next question being "how do I achieve that?"

You'll need to persevere in ringing them as we're other customers here...

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Thanks, I've phoned and got a visit on the 14th.

 

I did have one booked for the 9th after the first time problem (which was manifest initially by "no satellite signal" on my mini boxes, which the tech chap I spoke to did not realise might be the main box HD), but when the HD reset seemingly fixed it, I cancelled it.
