Renewed contract but asked to return mini box

Hello,

 

I recently renewed my Sky Q contract and a Sky rep called to make adjustments to my offers. Essentially I was keeping everything I had before (including Multiscreen) but adding Sports. A couple of days later I received a letter and packaging asking for return of the Sky Q mini box even though I'm still paying for multiscreen. Online help doesn't seem to cater for this scenario , can anyone help?
