Sky Q fan and pulsing light,box won't reboot itself

Every two days(first thing in the morning) my Sky Q box runs the fan and the blue light pulses,it has to be unplugged to get it going again,the start up screen doesn't restart itself, I have tried each of the 3 standby modes but it still happens.
