Removing Sky Cinema from Sky Q package

I was given Sky Movies free for 1 month on my Sky Q package & I was told it was on a monthly rolling contract & that I could opt out after the free month with no termination fee as it was on a monthly rolling contract! I'm now trying to opt out but can't find how to do it without phoning them up?

To remove part of your TV package you still need to give Sky 31 days notice. You may therefore incur charges for the next month. 

You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs 
otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service
