Remove UHD channels from TV guide

Hi, I upgraded to UHD a few months ago but cancelled it the following day as my TV couldn't cope with it (very dark picture) Since then, my TV guide has been "polluted" with UHD channels. Is there any way to remove them?

What do you mean?  There's only a handful of UHD channels.

 

Have you tried rebooting your box?  Has your UHD sub expired?  (31 days notice)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
