Remove Netflix
Virgin Media is my broadband provider and has given me free Netflix. I'm a long term customer but in a fairly new contract with Sky and have SkYQ (basic package) including Netflix which I pay for. I've rung SKY twice and can only answer to a robot. When it gets to the question of saying, remove Netflix. My phone shows call has failed then it cuts me off. Crafty monkeys. The call is being charged. Clearly they don't want to talk to their customers. Is there a way of writing to them?

Depends perhaps on your Sky platform. On my Sky Q contract, Netflix (or Ultimate TV as it's rather pompously called) is part of the 24 month contract and can't be removed.
Not a Sky employee

If you have Sky Q if you have ultimate tv pack and Netflix boost you want them both cancelled as ultimate tv pack is just the bacic with ads
