Removal of bbc and bbc iplayer
Can you take off bbc and bbc iplay from the sky account so you don't need to pay for tv lience ?

No.
But you cannot watch ANY live channel without a TV licence. (Basically having Q requires a licence regardless of BBC)

Technically that's not the case if there isn't any licenceable viewing taking place at the address.
The TVLA might choose to use the presence of Q or any other device capable of being used for live reception or iPlayer consumption as part of their evidence, but that's different.

Agreed - the presence alone of the box doesn't require a licence but using it without viewing (or recording) live channels is a challenge.

Certainly, but it's not impossible and the burden of proof is still with the Licencing Authority unless the user makes an admission to the contrary.
Of course they might choose to take particular interest in an address with such equipment in place...
