Remotes
Does anyone know if you have to return remotes if you have a replacement one sent to you, as ours has stopped working properly even after trying to reset it

hi @phillipshrw
No you don't return broken/defective remotes
You only need to return remotes when you return the the SKY Q box(es)

Re: Remotes
You do not need to return the broken/faulty remote control when you request a replacement.
Sky would always let you know if they want you to return any equipment, like leaving Sky or moving to Sky Glass/Stream.
