Volume control on remote suddenly stopped working. Went from 10 down to 0 and will not change it moves up sometimes but immediately goes down to 0 Box has been switched off at mains and also rebooted and still no success. This happened yesterday 20 July for the first time and still no volume. I need customer service to make contact please ASAP.
