Remote replacement needed

My remote has stopped working and even though I changed the battery it is still non functioning. Please arrange for a replacement asap

If you haven;t already tried this may I suggest you try a reset of your remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

BTW There is now a virtual remote available in the SKY Go app on both iOS & Android devices  which will help while you wait

 

You may also find it quicker to buy one from a variety of sources
