I used to regularly use the remote record from the sky go app to record on my sky q box but it has stopped working; just keep getting the error message. Seems others have been having the same problem but getting nowhere. I am a sky VIP customer with SKY Go extra ( but I do not have multi screen, which someone told me you had to have for this to work since the udate????). Can you fix this issue please.
