Remote keeps freezing every day

I had a remote which kept freezing for my Sky Q box, I couldn't turn the box on whilst off sometimes,  doesnt work on the button on the box either. Sometimes I could turn it on and then whilst in the middle of watching it would freeze and not being able to do anything with it. I sent for a new remote and now the same issue with this one. I've tried changing the battery so that's not the issue. 

It always works again once I've turned the TV and the box off on the wall and then on again. Sometimes I've got to re pair the remote again because the volume isn't working but then it all freezes again sometimes the same day but if not the next day and I've got to repeat the process! Very frustrating! Does anyone have any ideas what to do or would it be an engineer job at this point? Thanks.
