Sky Go not recognising subscriptions either.
Never mind the chat give Sky services a ring and speak to Sky agent, they might be able to activate account a lot quicker. I remember when I returned to Sky following a maketing call from Sky and offering me a good deal, though I had not have Sky for some considerable time but after the conclusion of the phone my Sky box had service within minutes. So if you actually speak to a Sky agent they should be able to press a button there end and activate your account in time for the football match. You got nothing to lose by giving them a call.
