Remote for Mini Box some keys not working

Hi I'm having issues with my sky remote for the mini box. Its connecting to the mini box and tv, however the keys have become very troublesome and do not work unless you press very hard. I believe it's a fault with the remote since the other mini box remotes works perfectly well. Can you please send me a replacement remote!

We can't. We are customers like you.

After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken or faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (I’m not sure if this is available to customers in the Republic of Ireland).

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.

In the meantime if you have an android or Apple device with Sky Go you can possibly set up a virtual remote to control your Sky Q box. See this link which may help
