Have sky multi room but one of the remotes has stopped working. Tried new batteries. The skybox turns on manually as does the television but they don't talk to each other. Any ideas please

Hi @Tonyshoe Does the led flash when you press the "?" key? If so, then the remote is working and needs to be paired to the box again. Hold down 1 & 3 and follow the instructions on screen.
If the remote is faulty, then following this help page and it will eventually lead you a form for a free replacement. Sky Q remotes | Sky Help | Sky.com
