Remote control

Hi

 

our remote control has stopped working on both of our tvs we tried changing batteries but no luck

@TT5 If after trying the solutions at the link provided by @Quoman7 your remote is still not working you can request a replacement at https://www.sky.com/help/forms/replaceremote
