Remote control problem

Cannot switch my sky box on from remote control. Got tv on but remote not working. Have changed batteries on remote and checked all connections

Hi @Angust   Have you power rebooted your Sky Q box, just in case it is frozen? When you press the "?" remote button does the led light up? It may have lost its pairing so I would try resetting it by holding down 7 & 9 until the led flashes 4 times. Using line of sight, try the remote now.
