If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty and cleaning it doesn’t help, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for ROI customers).

Otherwise you can purchase a new one from a lot of retailers / main supermarkets.
