I've tried resetting at least a dozen times over the past few days...nothing works? Is there any advice please? Many thanks...(I've reset by using 7-9 and 3-2 etc, Sky tv tells me it doesn't recognise my tv??? Yet it's been working fab for 2 years!!!! Help please? Thanks

Hi @PJ60

You need to clarify exactly what you are doing.

In the pairing Setup if you want to control a Soundbar/Amp it's an additional procedure in the set up after pairing with the TV.   This additional step asks if you want to use Soundbar/Amp Volume instead of TV volume.  (On/Off and input select on the remote is always reserved for the TV).

Normally it's not necessary to pair a Soundbar/Amp provided it is equipped with HDMI CEC control. With this switched on in both TV and Soundbar Volume control is automatic.
