I have Sky Q I can now longer watch this TV because of my remote control broken and in pieces, I don;t know how to unpair the broken remote myself and thinking of cancelling Sky Q because I have  Amazon Prime that I now watch.

If you have a mobile device you should be able to use the control function in the SkyGo app.

You can't cancel here - you need to call Sky.
