Reimbursed
I have been without my sky tv since Saturday evening I have tried all problem solving solutions sky advised and I still get the on screen message that there is "no signal" an engineer is due to visit tommorow Wednesday 28:01:26 however will I be reimbursed for the 5 days with no satellite service?? I can't even use sky go

Once it's fixed, call Sky and see if they'll apply a credit for the issue.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
