Sky box in bedroom not working and can not get to speak to onyone dont understand doing internet chat

Hi @Brandy-1954 I am sure that we can offer some help, but "not working" doesn't give us any clues. For example, lights on the box, any error messages etc.

@Brandy-1954 The first thing to try is rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
rebooting your mini box

If you trying Sky automotive system just answer the questions and what ever they say ignore it and the last question is that all or words to that effect say no you will then be forwarded to a human.
