Refund Needed

No channels for 4 hours & now only have limited channels on main TV & no Netflix, You Tube & unable to pause/rewind live TV. I will need a refund for the days I need to wait for an engineer to visit. Sky this is a very poor service for a loyal customer of over 18 years 😡

Unlike Broadband and Sky Talk there is no automatic compensation for loss of TV services.
