Watching football on red button won't go to full screen still got options down the right hand side

Hi @backer

Are you using the original Touch remote that has the swipe pad but no buttons in the central area?

If so these cannot navigate inside the Red button interactive menus.

If this is the case try using a different remote if you have one.
