Netflix buggy?

Does anyone have similar occasional problems launching Netflix app on the  Q box? We are finding trying to launch it often gets stuck on the big Netflix sign and spinning red wheel beneath. There's no rhyme or reason. I checked the other apps on the box and no issues with them. I then checked Netflix app on other devices in our home such as iPad and iPhone. No issue there. So it is specific to the app on the Q box. It happens enough to be very annoying. Sometimes it'll just start working after several attempts. However today I had to power cycle the whole box to get it working so it would show our profiles. Given how long the Q boxes take to power cycle this is not a great workaround

Sky Q boxes were never really designed to host apps, they are distinctly under-powered for such a task. The apps were added out of convenience more than anything - a chance for Sky to make a bit more money, but they are barely functional at best. 

Up until I got rid of Q last year I never used the apps on the box - they were just too slow and unreliable. Even though I paid for Netflix through my Sky account I was able to use the much better Netflix app on my TV and Firestick with the same login details. This gave a much better experience.
