Red button on discovery app skyQ
Hi all when I watch TNT sports on skyQ there is a red button bottom right of tv screen encouraging you to press for more content when I press the button the screen splits into two showing what's on now and next when I highlight one of the programs all I get is a white wheel in the centre of the tv screen but when I switch over to the actual app everything works properly is this normal with skyQ or is it not working properly

Re: Red button on discovery app skyQ
Yes I have the same issue.
Works fine when using the app.
When I press the red button on either 1 of the TNT channels it opens the app but when I select to watch a sport event I get a spinning circle and doesn't load.
So I'm forced to open up discovery by the app section on the sky q front page and then works fine.
I have called Sky on a few occasions with no fix telling me its a connectivity issue with my broadband.
I know this isn't true as I press the red button on Sky Sports and works fine.
I believe this is anissue with the red button service on TNT with Sky Q boxes.
