wanting to watch the tennis (Cam Norrie) it's not on the main channels and when I press the red button, I'm told that it's unavailable. The red button has not worked since Sky Q was installed a couple of weeks ago. Internet connection is fine and have tried to reboot the box to no avail...
It seemed to resolve itself, tried it yesterday and it worked. I did download latest software so don't know whether that cured it. hope you get it sorted x
