Discussion topic: Red Button not working - just get WGT8 error code.

Sky Q box replaced yesterday due to a faulty cable & water ingress. Brand new box but when pressing the red button to access match choice football or tennis just get blue screen with WTG8 error code and nothing happens. Any ideas?
