Recordings

Can not access any of my recording or purchase on any on my sky boxes or on my sky go app just keeps saying please wait and then goes blank have tried to reset my box twice and still is not working

Any errors about hard disk?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

No just says please wait and then goes blank but it's the same when I log onto my Skye go app on my iPad it says no recording and I can not access any of my purchases that I have made on the sky score
