Discussion topic: Recordings volume too low

When I go to watch something that I have recorded. The volume is always too low and I need to up the volume quite a bit.

Is there anything I can do to sort this out?

The Q box itself has no concept of volume as such.

The volume is dictated by the source material and the device playing it (i.e. TV/amp & speakers).

You could try changing your Q sound settings from Normal to Dolby Digital to see if that balances better. (or vice versa)
