Recordings saying....please wait and can't access

Anyone experienced this and have you fixed it?

Hi @Lisa+T 

Can you make new Recordings or do you get a Hard drives message.

If you get a message check the following link.

@oldfellajust checked and I get the hard drive message. Thanks for the link but it says I will lose all my recordings...is there any solution to this?

Afraid not @Lisa+T 

Any Buy and keep from Sky Store will be retained but all your recordings are lost.
