Recordings all I get is please wait

Hi my recorded programmes are not loading, I've reset and unplugged the box 4 times just get the blue circle and please wait.

I have waited 20 minutes but still nothing!

I've escalated this one as it could be a box fault. Look out for a blue chat bubble.
