Recording issues

Hi, how do I resume my queue so that I can continue to record programmes as everything I look to record says queued?

Go to Home - Recordings - Manage - Downloading 

 

& Try looking for the one that stalled & try deleting it

When I go to resume queue nothing happens and there are 3 programmes with queue paused

I have deleted the three programmes and then tried to download a new programme..that says queued

If you have tried a power off main box restart and deleted your queued recordings plus also deleted them from your deleted queue, it might be best option to reset the hard drive.
