Recording football

Recorded Champions League games two nights running and recording has stopped before end of penalty shoot-out.

Why is this happening?

@Tony+Ca

As with any live sport (F1 is a prime example) you may need to set your box to record the next programme as well particularly something that's possibly going to a penalty shootout.

Hi @Tony+Ca

Where live Sport overruns,   the host broadcasters don't necessarily extend the program data so it records the Overun.  Some do try but many don't.

Re: Recording football

Have had the same problem with TNT sports.Have missed two penalty shoot outs because recording stopped after extra time.I always record my football and watch later.Do i need to record the next programme on every match i record incase it goes to penalties.Totally ridiculous that you shoul have to do this.A coverage of a match should go to the end!

@RAY74

Then you need to voice your displeasure with TNT.

Hi @RAY74   Or watch the penalty shoot outs on Discovery+, which is what I did. You need to complain to BT/EE as they are cutting off the scheduled programme..
