Recording Series

This has happened to me before when recording a series 
I have recorded the first five episodes of Redemption on BBC1.
The recordings are correctly showing under Recordings Most Recent.

The first four episodes all went under Series 1. However, for some reaso episode 5 has gone under a separate column marked Other. I have scheduled to record  episode 6 for this week. 

Has this happened to anyone else.

It has been noted on various recordings - it was thought to have been fixed (or at least significantly better) but seems to have reared itself again :
