Recording Failed No Subscription

Yesterday I had a recording set for the Miami GP Practice. When I've gone to watch it, it says "Failed, No Subscription". 

I am currently subscribed to the SkybSports Complete pack in HD so why would it say "no subscription". 

Practice sessions are never on catch-up so this is extremely annoying.

Did you try to record the UHD version without a UHD subscription?

@stoneysnapper what channel did you record from ?  and if it was 406 what channel is showing for you on that number is it Sky Sports F1 HD or Sky Sports F1 UHD

I got the same message when trying to record Casualty which is BBC 1 ! Have no idea why I would need a subscription for that?
