Record Only Once

I try to put a programme on my planner but it comes up as Record Once and therefore it disappeared from my planner every week after it has recorded just the Once.

Can anyone advise what I can do

hi @supersludge 

 

This is driven by the metadata supplied by the TV channel.

 

Best to email Viewer Relations : viewerR@Sky.uk giving full details of the Programme/ Channel day & time scheduled.

 

Although I haven't bothered to email them I found one of my recent scheduled recordings seems to have lost it link last week & next week - I am just glad I spotted it to be able set up manually

@supersludge out of curiosity what programme is this 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
